Rewriting the PHB

I like 5th edition, but it doesn't have everything I want in an RPG. Relatively recently large chunks of it were placed into the Creative Commons which means it can be tampered with and otherwise modified publically legally. As a result I have decided to re-write the book into what I believe the Ideal PHB for my taste is. This page will be periodically updated until complete or abandoned.
